This winter season, Assabet River Bicycles is offering indoor cycling opportunities for cyclists of all levels and abilities. You ride your own bicycle, connected to a supplied trainer, in a small group setting. Everyone rides together but according to their own fitness levels and goals, no one get’s dropped!

The weekday workouts will primarily consist of progressive, fitness building interval rides, put together in a 13 week program The full “program” consists of 2 focused rides/week. However any ride is a great workout all by itself and provides great fitness benefits.

The weekend rides will primarily be longer, endurance rides however the ride on any day can be dictated by those in attendance.

Don’t want to schlep your bicycle back and forth for the workouts. Use our bicycle valet service! we will store your bike in the shop and mount and dismount it from your trainer for your workouts. All you do is walk in and start riding, jump off when you finish and your are good to go!

If you are interested in boosting your cycling fitness and be ready for spring road season, this is a great way to stay in touch with your bike during the cold and dark New England winter.
